Plot: Grayson and Riley are sitting at the Masson kitchen table, discussing the stellar new toy racecourse that Reiden Toy Industries released during the weekend. When Grayson suggests they buy one, Riley rushes to the computer in the other room to check it out. Grayson follows her through. Both are gutted when the company has sold out, so they decide to check out second-hand websites. They find a website and find a second-hand racecourse, with only minutes until it's sold. They decide to pitch $1000 for the racecourse and are happy near the end of the sale. But, at the end they find someone doubled their 1k$ and won the racecourse. Enraged, they swear to track down the buyer.

Meanwhile, Nina is distraught to learn that Cora Nesbitt was mugged walking home from school. Determined to stop all muggings, Nina invites friends to her house to begin a neighborhood watch. Friends invited include; Stella, Paul, Emmy, Wilbur, Sarina Úvain, Terry and Cora Nesbitt, Linda Powers, Fabian Cosmola and Ellen Grimes.

Riley and Grayson manage to track down the buyer of the toy racecourse and are shocked to see that it's a 10 year old boy named Stewart who has wealthy parents who buys him anything he wants. At first, Grayson and Riley try to bargain with the kid, willing to give him the money back but Stewart stays firmly strong that he doesn't care about the money. Stewart then challenges them to a race; if they win, they get the course. If he wins, he keeps the track and he calls the cops to claim that they tried to do sexual things to him. Riley argues with the kid, but Grayson decides to play along with his weird behavior.

Back at the Masson family home, arguments begin to flare as Terry and Stella disagree over small community matters. Both shout aggressive phrases to each other. Nina then decides to stop the arguing and declares this neighborhood watch a mess as everyone can't get along. The watchers leave the Masson home, all mad with each other.

Back at Stewart's house, Grayson and Stewart are halfway through the race when Grayson yells to Riley and Riley lifts Stewart up while Grayson collects the racecourse from the ground and both head for the front door. Stewart's wails stop them, however, and apologises to the kid and gives him back his racecourse. He apologises too and explains why he's so snotty. Taking pity on the kid, they agree to race him one more time for the fun of it.
